The expectation going forward will be that agenda items should be submitted at least one week before the meeting. This means that if the meeting is being held on a Wednesday at 17:00, agenda items would be due the proceeding Wednesday at 17:00. At 17:01 they will be moved back to the next Equity and Diversity Department Meeting.
