Club Benefits
There are heaps of great reasons to affiliate your club with ECU Student Guild. As an affiliated member your club receives;
- Use of Guild equipment e.g. barbeques, marquees and cooking utensils,
- Use of the Activist Space – designed for campaigning and planning you get free printing, internet plus Photoshop 7 for advanced visual production, this is also a great meeting place,
- Guild email, independent local login in Guild systems,
- Up to ½ a page Free advertisement in the G-Spot magazine publication,
- Links and contact details from the Guild website,
- A Bio in Guild diaries printed each year (must be submitted by December for following year),
- Storage space upon application & free lecture and tutorial room booking campus wide,
- Free booking of any University / School designated meeting space (includes staff space upon application),
- Access to full colour high-detail photo-copying facilities for posters, and large publications up to A3,
- Delivery of the fortnightly online interclub magazine, “Vox Officio” ,
- Access to Guild clubs and societies grant money (upon application),
- Becomes a voting member on the Clubs and Societies council,
- Receives help with financial, marketing and leadership training,
- Is entitled to participate in guild days, guild activities and events that are held for clubs.
Any club can affiliate with the Guild just by filling out the Guild Affiliation Form. If you would like a copy of this document please don’t hesitate to email me at csa@ecuguild.org.au. If your club has affiliated with the guild in previous years, the affiliation is no longer valid and you have to update your clubs affiliation by filling out the new document. Remember only affiliated clubs can ask for money grants from the guild, use guild equipment or help themselves to services provided by the guild.
